SCHEDULE AN EVENT

STEPS TO SCHEDULE A NON-MINISTRY OR OUTSIDE GROUP EVENT

First Free Church welcomes the opportunity to serve you by providing information here that will aid you in deciding if our facility can be of help to your group.
  1. Please read the FACILITY USAGE POLICY.
  2. Please read and sign the FACILITY USAGE EXPECTATIONS.
  3. Fill out the NON-MINISTRY EVENT REQUEST FORM.
  4. A notification will be sent within two weeks if the event has been approved or denied. If approved, the Event Manager will send a confirmation email detailing the approved event space and the event organizer's responsibilities.
It is important to submit complete & accurate information. Do not assume that submission of the request guarantees reservations. Please do not advertise any event prior to approval.

SCHEDULE A WEDDING

First Free Church reserves weddings and/or schedules First Free Pastors to officiate on and off-site weddings for those that are current members or actively attending First Free. Due to First Free's weekend services, weekly events and other special activities, facilities are somewhat limited. We recommend you send in your request early to ensure your preferred wedding date is available. (We will review requests that are submitted at least three months and no more than one year in advance of the wedding date.)

For initial consideration, please fill out the interest form and review our wedding policy.
A member of our staff will contact you once the interest form has been reviewed.  Please allow 1-2 weeks.
