Thursdays | 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Open by appointmentA safe place at First Free where personal caring happens for individual or relational challenges. The Care Center is directed and supervised by Care Pastor Steve Dawson, and is staffed by trained and certified volunteer Mental Health Coaches and Care Allies.

One-on-one individual care appointments with Care Ministry-trained, volunteer Care Ministers (Allies). Scheduled as needed.

Supporting and encouraging marriages, from pre-marital counseling to crisis care, through our Marriage Mentor Ministry.

Small groups that meet either in homes or at the church that address specific needs; including grief, divorce, addiction, and more.

As the hands and feet of the Care Ministry, volunteer chaplains are available to visit the sick, hospitalized, imprisoned, etc. for prayer and encouragement.

Volunteer Care Companions are available to serve the elderly and adults with disabilities in ongoing supportive relationships. E.g. run errands together, attend and event together, visit over coffee, play dominos, help with chores, etc.

*First Free’s Care Ministry is led by Pastoral staff and volunteers. First Free Church does not provide professional counseling or therapy services. In some cases, professional therapy by licensed therapists may be necessary and recommended.
